Marshall Code 50 Ipad Garageband

Marshall Code is not solid state and the 50 watt 1x12 should be plenty. Even the one less than glowing review on the site you linked, Mike from RI, says its loud enough to gig with. If you are concerned, maybe look at the Fender Mustang III, though that retails for a higher price, you would be familiar with the Mustang line and it is 100 watts. So this is what I did just a few weeks ago on my sisters's iPad 2: you have to open up iTunes on your computer and sing in with your Apple ID. Go to the store, search for GarageBand and 'purchase' it there. Then, on your iPad open AppStore and you'll find GarageBand under purchased apps.
I recently purchased an iPad 3 used from a roommate. Before he factory reset the device, he had GarageBand installed. After the factory reset, I created my new account and went to purchase it for myself and was unable to due to requiring iOS10 for the latest GarageBand version.

Clearly the previous version of GarageBand was working just fine on the device and I would at least like to have that if at all possible. Is there any way I can still purchase it and install the previous version?

Unfortunately the iPad 3 only goes up to iOS 9 or I would have installed iOS 10.
